Cancellations
The reservation fee holds your date and is not refunded if you cancel, for any reason. Everything you have paid beyond the reservation fee is refunded in full if you cancel more than 7 days before your date.
Deposits & the reservation fee
A non-refundable reservation fee is due at the time of booking. Your date is not held until it is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Rush bookings
Bookings made inside the advance-notice window are accepted when we have the capacity, and carry a rush fee. The fee is shown to you before you pay - there are no surprise charges.
Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, email, and event details for the sole purpose of delivering your booking. We do not sell or share your information.
